talk about excitment!

I had a great shopping day with my best friend yesterday, it was pamper day!! Wow did we need it. She and I have both lost weight and needed some new clothes so we went shopping. YEP I dropped 2 pant sizes! I woke up this morning ext static not only because I had more than ONE pair of pants to wear (which usually ment laundry first) But that I wasn't dreaming! I have not only 4 pairs of pants, BUT they fit nicely and I think I look good in them. LOL. I am so excited and needed to tell everyone! Yay for me, I guess I might sound a little selfish, but wow YAY for me!

......fixing some things

Hey everyone since the latest news stuff about blogs we are going to fix some things and change some things I hope that you don't get to confused but better safe than sorry.

We voted

Since it's a work day Jason went and voted early this morning, and as I am sure this is NO surprise to anyone. There was no way in HECK I was getting up early, so, Ivan and I went around 10:30. Lucky there wasn't much of a line (not sure if that was a good or bad sign) and we voted. And yes, Ivan did help by pushing the buttons that mommy told him too. He thought he was the smartest coolest little boy there, which of course he was. All the same I have done my duty.... and I am going back to bed. Just kidding but I thought I would share the picture because Ivan and I got a sticker he didn't want me to wear mine, he wanted it so I snapped a picture to go with the day.

Pickin' Pumpkins

YEAH, Picking Pumpkins! Ivan had such a great time picking pumpkins at Grandma & Grandpa Johnson's house! They had big ones and little ones all the perfect sizes for Ivan to pick up. OH wait except the BIG ONES he sure tried though. He was so cute we enjoyed watching him try to pick them up and put them in the wheel barrow. We also raked up the maple leaves and Ivan ACTUALLY JUMPED IN!! We had to show him how but it was so cute. He started throwing the leaves in the air so I of course got a couple (ok maybe a lot) of pictures.

Our trip to the "BIG G" (aka Gunlock)

Well.... I am doing this with a prayer in my heart that my computer lasts long enough for me to get everything on here! SO Last week we went to The big G (I didn't edit the pictures much because I am to affraid)

SO FIRST and foremost Big G:

Ivan and I got a trip down with my sister in-law so Jason didn't come. So a whole week without my husband was HORRIBLE and we both missed Jason like crazy. We had a good time though. The first few days it was SO COLD the wind was blowing and it was just miserable but St. George was great! So we went down there a lot to enjoy the great weather. My two nieces caught two lizards the first day we were there and that kept their attention for about 2 days until they died. It was a beautiful service that they held. But once the weather got warmer Ivan got to go out and play in the dirt. All the kids decided to dig to China....by Saturday

Ivan however decided China might be the wrong direction so he filled while the other kids digged. Granny just asked them not to miss because China is close to the ocean and she didn't want any more water on our side, "we've had enough damage" The little Boys (mine and my nephew) rode the 4-wheeler a ton with Granny.

Which of course was their favorite part of the whole trip.

Ivan and my nephew got of course really dirty one day, well everyday but this one in particular, So I gave the boys a bath and got them in their PJ's and Granny was playing with them in that fabric room the we have a closet sort of thing in there. Well the boys took out most of the sheets and played in that thingfor a long time so I snapped pictures because they were so darn cute.

That Same night Ivan was in a great mood and if you know him you know he HATES doing anything like hanging upside down or being thrown in the air he's hated since he was tiny so this was a HUGE surprise to all of us that he actually alloud this but that he kept wanting to do it over and over again

Later in the week my sister came down with her kids because it was UEA (aka the DEER HUNT!!) and because it was warm the kids spent a lot of time down at the Creek... Ivan of course HAD to go too!! All though he was a mess the pictures made it all worth while!

hahaha so life goes on

So today I thought "hey I will add some pictures on my blog" well I was going through them and trying to figure out which ones I was going to put up because we went to Big G last week so I have a TON, YA my computer crashed! So needless to say there won't be any pictures for a bit until my computer gets fixed, and I pray that I haven't lost all my pictures! So there you have it! I am outta comission for a while until that gets fixed. I will be using the laptop that hasn't got anything besides JUNK on it!

Long time no see....

Wow I am so behind! well.... YA a lot has happend.














We had our LAST warm day up here that it was in the 90's so we pulled out the sprinkler that Ash gave us. As you can tell we had a great time, our little man DRANK a ton of water and would run over and spit half of it out in his bike.... YA NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS THINKING!! All the same we had a great time and are both really going to miss the warm weather! Jason however isn't and can't wait for it to snow. He got all jittery excited when he saw Mt. Timp had snow on it, and I thought :and so it begins...." YEP not excited for snow, but HEY the thought of shoveling our OWN side walk and drive way kinda excites me I'll be honest.... hahahaha NO!




YEP, Little man took a header into the deck.... and since he doesn't like bandaids we did all that we could think of because his head was bleeding and looked REALLY REALLY BAD. So the AMAZING man my hubby is he thought I'll let our little man put one on my head. Yep it worked, So here is a picture of the whole ordeal. Needless to say those bandaids got their work out we had to go to Lowes, Wal-Mart, and a couple other places. No one ever said anything about little one's.... BUT THEY ALL commented on my hubby's. WHY? wouldn't you think if you see a man holding a toddler who has a bandaid on his head to IN THE SAME PLACE, wouldn't that come to you as a I don't know, a CLUE! So we had to explain to a BUNCH of people that it was only to keep little man from pulling off his. DUH PEOPLE!!

YEA CÓRDOBA!!

We are SO EXCITED! While watching confrence, President Monson announced the new Temples. We are so exstatic that there is going to be a temple built in

Córdoba Argentina.

Jason nearly fell out of his seat, and we are now planning a trip and saving our money to be able to go down after the temple is open.

If you didn't know

Córdoba has a special place in OUR heart, he served

his mission down there and truly loves the people, he talks about it everyday,

so of course I have come to love them as well.

Needless to say we are very excited and wanted to share the JOY!

Got Lightning?

We had a FUN day today! I bought some fabric of "cars" a while back...like a week or two. because I was going to buy a quilt for Ivan's bed, but I didn't want to spend $40-50 on a quilt and everything. SO being the SILLY that I am I thought hey, $4 a yard why not make him one.... yep $40-50 doesn't sound so bad now! NAH, 3 hours later, the quilt turned out GoOd, and my back is killing me but just the smile I got from my little boy made the whole thing worth it! It's not even close to the best quailty of fabric so it won't last long but it will work long enough for us to get some good use out of it!

Daddy's BIGGEST HeLpEr

WOW, I am SOOOOO Glad that this is all Finished! Mt sister in-law and I decided to do a boutique.... CrAzY I KNOW, but we actually did a lot better than I thought we would! I did these calenders and some witch plaque door hanging thingies! They turned out GREAT and did really well. I have learned my lesson I am never doing this again! unless I do it 6 months in advance so I am not stressing over EVERYTHING and staying up until 2 AM just to make sure everything is good the night before! I also got some guts and put my pictures in the boutique.... GULP and while I HONESTLY didn't think I would sell any......................... I DID!!! OH MY GOSH, never ever thought in my wildest dreams that I would actually sell something of my art work. WOW talk about GITTERS.

I wouldn't have been able to get all of this done without some major help and support to my family. My wonderful husband sacrificed a LOT and so did my little man! So thank you boys for all your help and of course all of my family who helped a bunch! You guys are great!

We went up to Ogden for their annual opening.... of the PLANES once a year they open their planes to the public so we go every year andwalk around. This year they had the kids museum open too so we gotto dress GAbe up and take some pictures! It was a lot of fun! They had a car show as well which was cool because you know me and old cars.... just can't resist so of course I have a TON of those pictures but I will spare you the bordom I am sure you feel when I got into those! There was this guy... or girl.... or neither not sure what it was but it was dressed as a gorilla and followed me around and mimiced me taking pictures. I don't know what it is but I must have a magnet because those crazies are drawn to me... LIKE THE CRAZY GOOFY AT DISNEYLAND!! there is something about your favorite character kissing your head and purring in your ear that you just never get over... I'm definatly holding a grudge!
