lol Ya'll will get a kick outta this

This is my basement! Yes those big HOLES are in my floor!

Our washer kept over flowing, so we called a plumber who told us that our pipe was bent and that it would cost 3,000-5,000 to re-trench and put in a new pipe because the old one wasn't worth replacing. Well lucky I have family who has done this sort of thing... we had the plumber pinpoint where the problem was which was in the laundry room...lol so we dug that out... no break no nothing. We had some one come out with a camera and sure enough the problem was in the hall way... yep right in the middle of the hall way... so we dug that out.
Oh we found the problem alright... not a bent or broken pipe it was a drain plug for a washer...
NOT FROM MY WASHER!
So the people who owned this house before must have lost theirs and rather than thinking OH we better get that before it plugs up the whole dang pipe they put another one on... lol

So we are going to play catch up.... for the past like 6 months...again

Vincent is doing great, he is crawling EVERYWHERE and eating just about anything he can get his mouth on! He's 8 months old now and has 2 teeth and working on 2 more which are cutting as we speak. He loves to jump and walk and when ever he gets the chance he especially loves to pull hair. He is such a joy to have in our family and we are enjoying every moment we have with him.

Gabe is getting so big and has the attitude of a 30 year old he wants to do everything himself and for the most part does! He's potty trained and hasn't had even one accident since his trainers so we are going on a month and a half of NoThIng (even at night) of the joy of not having two kids in diapers.... He's so proud to be a real big boy, he got a new bike as a reward and LOVES to ride it everywhere! Gabe also is going to a speech class once a week and enjoys playing with the other kids and learning, he gets really excited to go to school and I honestly can't wait until August when he starts preschool.

Seth and I are doing great and are loving the time we get together... when ever we can. Seth is working hard and spends a lot of time at work but always makes time to spend with his family. He's also training for an Iron Man triathlon which takes up a lot of time and hard work but he's excited to do it. I am of course spending lots of time with our boys and enjoying watching them grow I've started taking pictures again and have enjoyed getting out in the dirt... I forgot how much I love photographing people. Besides that we are doing great and enjoying life in the fast lane.
