My Vacation!

Viva LAS VEGAS!

My best friend and I went on vacation together to Las Vegas. No kids, no husbands... just US. We had such an amazing time!
We shopped all day, stayed out late, went out to eat... SLEPT IN! Oh it was wonderful! I am so grateful for my best friend Ashley who got me to go, I had such a hard time leaving my boys but I truly did need that break it was wonderful just to relax and enjoy being me again! Oh wow I had such a great time!

City Days!

We went to the city days carnival, we had SO MUCH FUN! I was so exciting... even though it rained most of the time. Vincent thought everything was great to look at he would bounce like crazy in his stroller giggling and laughing, it was so dang cute!
Gabe had a out right BLAST playing on everything it was excited to actually go on some rides with out him screaming the whole time we went on some spinning ones that he didn't mind to much but after a while he was done and want to try other things. It was great, last year I couldn't get him to do anything and this year not only he would ride stuff he did it all on his own I didn't have to ride the ride with him... except a few and he had a wonderful time! They had a car show and craft activities... and OF COURSE the helicopter but I think his favorite part was the Yellow car (aka BUMBLEBEE) he was on cloud nine with that car, it was really hard not to touch!

FIREWORKS!!

When Gabe was younger he would cry when the fireworks went off. It was so fun to watch Vince in amazement at these lights going off. He just stared at them the whole time, not moving. We blew up a mattress in the back of our van and laid there watching them Gabe thought that was a real treat and Grandpa Johnson came down to watch them with us, it was a pretty cool to just sit there and watch the boys enjoy the show... but the fireworks were amazing Orem City did a great job, can't wait until next year!
