little girly toes!

Our first toe painting!

Wahoo SO EXCITED!
We did matching toes and it was so much fun!
I just love having a little girl!

I am no master at toe painting... so I need practice but that's what little girls are for, right?

THE HALLOWEEN Costume!

Here it is ladies and Gents! The 2nd place winner Halloween costume! The 1st place was an Obama pinata.... Ya I think we should have taken 1st but O'WELL! I thought you would enjoy seeing it though. Just as a side note Seth could only hop maybe 6 in. at a time so to get him to the judging table at work I wheeled him in on his work chair while he help all the kids... it was a pretty heavy costume before with those boots screwed to wood but add 3 kids and well it was pretty funny seeing me put every ounce into getting him across the building! Yes I wish I had a picture! All the same it was a blast this year and next year we are GOING to take 1st!
So if you have any awesome ideas send them my way but I have a pretty good idea what we may do!

Carving the pumpkins!

Everyone picked out their pumpkins... Gabe needed the BIGGEST one there ever was...
Vincent wanted the smallest and Lexi well she didn't really care. It was sure fun though, we had a pumpkin party and my in-laws came down to carve pumpkins with us. Gabe was fun and dug right in, and Vincent didn't even want to touch the stuff. We ended up roasting the pumpkin seeds and they actually turned out pretty good, for having been my first time doing such!

Gabriel designed his pumpkin face on a paper first and this is how it turned out!

Vincent was up for anything but he seemed like he needed a happy one!

Lexi's was falling over a lot so the scared look seemed to fit best!

My pumpkin photos!

Lexi's 1st Halloween!

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE pinterest!
Well I got the idea from there and kinda went with it.
Lexi is SO cute, and getting so big. However she still is a little hard to get big smiles from at, at the end of the day.... BUT I got one and it's perfect but all of them are really! She's just so darn cute I love all the photos.

My little Happy pumpkin!

All the fun pictures! I love putting these together!

MOST of October....

October has been a fun, yet busy month. We went down and visited Granny and Papa . And my grandparents got to meet their newest Great-Grand Daughter. Lexi just loved being snuggled by them. It was so sweet to see her loved by so many people. I cried when my Grandma was holding her and tears started coming from her eyes. My Grandma has Alzheimers and has lost her speech as well as most of her mobility but she could hold Lexi and it was such a sweet moment, So I snapped a bunch of photos. And I feel dumb because I forgot to get a 4 generation photo... So that's my goal next time I go down!
Lucky for us it was irrigation day.... ONE of my favorite days growing up. I am so glad my boys got to enjoy it! As you can see they had a BLAST! Where we live irrigation has blood suckers and such so they can't really play in it... but down there it is pure heaven, it runs down the main street and collects in the middle of town.
Can you tell my boys LOVE water?
Vincent loved splashing my mom!
Another Novelty of where I grew up is LIZARDS! There are many... lol and Gabriel caught his first! (of course he's caught plenty with help) But HE caught it! The lizards usually drop their tails to get away, and I'm not quite sure why this one didn't but he caught it and brought it in the house holding it by it's tail and I jumped up and yelled get it out quick (thinking it would get loose in the house... that's all I would need to happen at my mom's house... because lets be honest I'm not sure it's be able to catch that thing if it were loose in there) so Gabe went out and found a bucket. Gave it some dirt and rocks.... you see where this is going? And carried it around for 3 days.... YEP our lizard died of head and body trauma.... from being swung with and put down the slide. He was a good sport though. And Gabe took it really well... "We just need Jesus to come down and bring him back to life." in which I responded I am sure Jesus will honor that request when he comes next... I mean HOW could he not? Such a cute boy, with amazing amounts of Faith.

And this is what we came home to.... COLD.... Yep it Snowed... "I've been waiting all year for this"-Gabriel (keep in mind we got snow in June this year and it was my son who prayed for it!)
needless to say I have a feeling it's going to be a LONG winter.
My Precious little girl! I just love this photo!
I was in charge of a couple of Craft projects for Fabulous Friday and so I needed to cut lots of wood! I had Three AMAZING helpers as you can see! Seth Helped too but I'm pretty sure these three did most of the work!

And of course our AWESOME trip to the firehouse... OPEN HOUSE! How cool they do this every year and I can't believe how much I learned and it was cool for my kids to see up close how it would be! They showed us how they would get you out of your car in an accident and how to actually put out fires which I thought was the coolest and even the life flight helicopter!(which Vincent went nuts for) Some things I've just never actually thought about... I would recommend going to one of these if you ever have the opportunity. My boys loved it and we spent a good 4-5 hours there!

I had a ton of photos I wanted to fit in... lol can you tell?

and the race is....on!

So we tried this once before... and he was way to freaked out... so we figured it would be a while before we could talk him into it.... Well Seth came home from work today and Gabe went up to him and said my bike is a baby bike, I want a big boy one... without training wheels. So they went out and took the training wheels off. Gabe jumped on his bike and I am not kidding TOOK OFF! Seth helped him for a min to get the idea of turning but Gabe picked it up so fast it was insane! He rode around for a while and then came and said "ok, I need a bigger bike. but it needs to be yellow." So to put it out there, I am so PROUD of my boy! He did awesome.
lol now I need to find a yellow bike!

Look who's 3....weeks

That's my Girl! We are having so much fun with Lexi, she is such a little princess. The boys are taking to her well and enjoy helping out in every way they can....plus some! I just got this photo today and it's only fitting since she's 3 weeks today. She still is having a hard time with stuff and we are having a hard time sleeping, but every moment even the really late night ones is such an amazing memory with her. She's such a great little girl, and it's fun seeing more and more personality come out each day.
Have I mentioned how amazing she looks in purple?

2 weeks and going strong!

It's hard to believe my baby is 2 weeks (and a couple days since I'm posting late) but I thought I would get these up while I had a min. Lexi is growing great and loves to sleep...lol as long as someone is holding her. Colic is neither hers or her mommy's favorite but we are working through it as best we can. Let's just say 3 months can't come soon enough, and yet I want it to take as long as it can.
I am back in my pre prego clothes, not that many of them are out...lol most are still in a box somewhere under the stairs... which still seems to elude me. It's nice getting back to normal and it's fun hearing Seth's comment every time he hugs me about how he can actually fit his arms around me lol.
I love this picture... can you tell that dress is HUGE on her? Ya I am hoping she will fit into 0-3 month clothes by the time she's a month... lol But for now newborn and premie is going to do. I can't wait until it all starts fitting because then her little fashion show is going to start. I think I have enough clothes to have at least 3 a day, just kidding.... I think.

Little Lexi!

I guess I should post that our little girl is here! lol Lexi was born on the 19th and was 7.5lbs and 18 inches. She is so cute and has everyone wrapped around her finger. We sure are enjoying having her here and safe, even though she keeps us on our toes. I love Seth's reaction... everything has turned pink in our house. I guess that is what happens when you have a little girl after two boys, but whatever I like pink. My mom came up to help with the kids and got to be at the birth, it was amazing to have her there to support me as well. I am so blessed to have such great family to help me adjust to 3 kids. What an adventure!

Here she is in 3D

I was so anxious to see her that I couldn't wait any longer.... So here she is... in 3D. It was the most amazing thing to watch her move around, of course she is my daughter so she didn't do what we needed her to in order to get good photos but we did end up getting a couple. I can't even begin to say how amazing it was to watch her, I can honestly believe we have the most amazing father in heaven, to give us such amazing gifts as these. I sat there and stared for a good little bit and I just wanted to cry at how beautiful and amazing the whole moment was, but everything she did, every movement was her, she already has such personality and spunk that I can't wait to see mature. All in all though as I watched her.... I knew her, she is mine! and I love that!

not the color I was going for.....

Well part of our summer project list was to paint the house.... YEP that's about it
Gabe started without us... and chose his own colors. lol but I do think it has a bit of a personal touch to it. I love being a mom and finding such discoveries.... I can honestly say I get a good laugh quite often because my boys say and do the funniest things. Can't wait to clean this up though.... I don't think I can fit under there anymore.

Swords

I had to put this up, it's not in focus but you get the idea... I had to hurry and snap.
The boys were playing swords and Gabe is starting to understand that Vince....isn't a little baby anymore.... Sadly I didn't get the one of the actual jab.... but it came DIRECTLY after this shot, lets say I was expecting him to do it either not because he isn't capable.... I just was in such a rush to grab this shot that I didn't keep snapping.
But as we all found out... Vince is a good fence-men. And Gabe well he can beat you on the wii.

Our Day out..... with Thomas

What a fun day we had! We go to spend the whole day up in Heber and ride the Thomas train, Vince LOVED it! It was so fun to see excitement on his face...and to get a picture or two of it! Gabe had a great time too, he was all over the place, exploring everything!
We all got to ride the train, we didn't get to sit by each other so we each took a boy and swapped the camera back and forth. Gabe thought it was fun but didn't seem to enjoy it as much as last time. Vince enjoyed it a lot for the first 15 then he was done and wanted to run around the train!

Happy Boys = Happy Parents! What an awesome day!

kind of updated

I got these done back in March.... ya that's how behind I am but I thought I would put them up so you could see him with his haircut which by the way you wouldn't be able to tell now. This was the best shot we got of him it was a rough sitting so here's hoping for next time!

Oh and I thought I would put up the one we got of them together that shows enormous amounts of personality!
